Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design, implement, and oversee online marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and drive measurable growth. You will be responsible for boosting website visibility, generating quality leads, and fostering customer engagement through diverse digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Produce and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop innovative social media strategies to grow community engagement and brand reach.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to deliver optimized user experiences.
  • Stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO optimization, and social media strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other online advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Experience with email marketing software (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored for online audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience in eCommerce marketing and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
