Business Development Representative (BDR)
Nexgetech is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our client base through outbound outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.
You will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, starting conversations, and booking qualified demo calls for the sales team.
Position Details
- Type: Contract (Remote)
- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Location: Remote (Global)
- Time Zone Requirement: US Eastern Time overlap required
- Working Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
- Compensation: Base + Performance Commission
- Start Date: Immediate Joining Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential business leads
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Generate interest through personalized communication
- Follow up consistently with potential prospects
- Maintain prospect databases and CRM records
Demo Booking
- Qualify leads before scheduling calls
- Coordinate demo appointments with the leadership team
- Ensure proper follow-up and pipeline tracking
CRM Management
- Update CRM with accurate prospect data
- Track outreach progress and communication history
- Submit weekly performance reports
Requirements
Required Skills
- 1+ year experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach
- Organized and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel
- Knowledge of digital marketing or SaaS services
- Understanding of US business markets
- Previous agency or outbound sales experience
