* Business profitability

Marketing and SEO results depend on numerous external factors beyond NexGeTech’s control.

Clients acknowledge and accept inherent cybersecurity and internet-related risks.

17. Client Content & Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

18. Refund Policy

* Completed work, consultation services, custom development, digital services, and subscription fees are non-refundable.
