GHL Automation & CRM Specialist
Nexgetech is hiring a detail-oriented GHL Automation & CRM Specialist to build and manage advanced automation systems for businesses using GoHighLevel.
You will work on CRM implementation, workflow automation, integrations, and client onboarding systems while helping businesses automate lead capture, follow-ups, and customer communication.
Position Details
- Type: Contract (Remote)
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Location: Remote (Global)
- Time Zone Requirement: US Eastern Time overlap required
- Working Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
- Start Date: Immediate Joining Preferred
- Compensation: Competitive — Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy GHL workflows and automation systems
- Configure pipelines, forms, calendars, tags, and custom fields
- Connect integrations using Zapier, Make, and webhooks
- Create and maintain CRM systems for client businesses
- Build landing pages and funnels inside GHL
- Test and troubleshoot automation workflows
- Maintain documentation and workflow libraries
Requirements
Required Skills
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Understanding of CRM logic and automation systems
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or webhook integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow documentation
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple GHL sub-accounts
- Funnel or landing page building experience
- Knowledge of SMS setup and A2P compliance
- Agency or CRM implementation background
